| Peter heads the team and has been the general manager of Natura since 2003. His experience covers many aspects within the Complementary Medicines Industry, from retail to manufacturing, quality control and quality assurance as well as sales and marketing. As part of his international responsibilities as an MD of Wala Heilmittel in Germany, he has been involved with and made contributions to many regulatory authorities across the world. Peter served on the Medicines Control Council's Complementary Medicines Committee for 17 years and he has been widely involved with many international personalities in the field of Complementary Medicines. |

Hein Fick was appointed as Natura's Financial Manager in June 1992. He has completed Articles and has 25 years experience in accounting and control systems. He has also completed his MBL through Unisa. Hein leads Natura's Admin, HR, distribution and IT departments and was instrumental in implementing the company's financial system in May 1995. Hein has a passion for empowering people through education and training and enjoys focusing on the development of Natura's team. |

| San Marie joined Natura in February 2008 as Marketing Manager. She graduated from RAU with a B.Com (Hons) in Marketing and has previously worked for various multi national companies in the FMCG environment such as Tiger Brands, Gillette SA and Enterprise. She has applied her marketing skills in several different categories ranging from food to personal care to writing instruments and hair care. Sanmarie is passionate about animals and dedicates her spare time to rescuing and finding good homes for abused Daschunds. |

| Willem is practicing as a registered Accounting Officer and Tax Consultant. Willem has been involved with academic teaching in financial management at tertiary level for the past 25 years and has co-authored 3 publications. He is also affiliated to several professional bodies including SAICA, IOD, and Professional Accountant (SA). Willem is a serious tennis enthusiast and dedicates much of his free time to playing and coaching this sport. |

| Tina joined Natura in 1992 as a laboratory assistant. She has held positions in the dispensing laboratory, production, the quality control laboratory and was head of Quality Assurance. She has studied Pharmaceutical Production Technology and is a qualified Pharmacist assistant. |

| Greg Martin joined Natura in July 2009. Greg has been involved within the healthcare industry for the past 15 years. Within this time, he has gained invaluable experience within the surgical, pharmaceutical and medical publishing environments. He has held various positions including National Sales Manager, General Manager and Owner Managing Member. Greg enjoys commercial strategy and its implementation, knowing that colleagues, staff and clients are the corner stone to success. |

| After completing her Masters degree in Biochemistry at Rhodes University, Elizabeth joined Natura in 1993 as a laboratory assistant. She has held many positions at Natura, from the dispensing laboratory to the marketing department. Elizabeth is currently Head of Regulatory Affairs. She has a total passion for homoeopathy and complementary medicine and has an amazing ability to concentrate on detail. |

Michelle joined Natura in June 2007 as Professional Division manager. After completing her Masters of Technology:Homeopathy at the university of Johannesburg, Michelle built up a wealth of experience through working in a number of retail complementary pharmacies. Michelle is enthusiastic and excited about promoting the homoeopathic profession and looks forward to working with her professional sales team to serve the needs of homoeopathic practitioners. |

| After completing his M.Tech degree in Homoeopathy at the Technikon Witwatersrand, Uwe managed the homoeopathic dispensary at the TWR Health Clinic until March 2005 while also assisting in lecturing. Being passionate about medicine, Uwe also worked in Olivedale and Wilgeheuwel Clinics’ casualty wards and in retail for several complementary pharmacies. In April 2005 he relocated to Germany where he worked for a large complementary health practice and thereafter within the homoeopathic industry. Uwe joined Natura in July 2006 where he is heading the Dispensing Laboratory. |

| Heather, joined Natura in January 2006, has held a number of positions in Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) in the multi-national Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Industry. She carries the responsibility of bringing all of the QC activities in Natura in line with international standards. |

Senior Analyst: Phytochemistry (Quality Control)- Ph.D Phytomedicine (UP) |
| In 7 years as a post-graduate research student in phytomedicine, Erwin acquired many skills and techniques ranging from general botanical knowledge to advanced chemical analytical methods. These included various chromatographic techniques such as thin layer chromatography (TLC) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and identification techniques such as NMR, MS and UV. Since joining Natura in 2002, Erwin has been responsible for the development of more detailed analytical methods to ensure higher product quality. An electronic chemical fingerprint database on mother tinctures has been put in place and new data is been added on a continual basis to ensure quality between batches. From 2006 he has been involved in development of quantitative method specifications for new products and for his efforts has been recognised as Natura's Senior Analyst: Phytochemistry. |

| Chantal completed her Masters degree at RAU under the supervision of Prof Ben-Erik van Wyk. She has extensive knowledge in the chemotaxonomic and medicinal fields of Botany. Her main interest and expertise is the quality assessment of raw plant material, in particular of indigenous plants. Chantal has sound knowledge of indigenous plant fingerprinting and has advanced analytical experience to be able to detect possible adulteration of plant materials. As the R&D Technical Manager, Chantal oversees all aspects of new product development at Natura. |

| Michelle joined Natura in 2006 after completing her Master's Degree in Technology: Homoeopathy in 2005. As a student, Michelle wrote the winning paper on "The Quality Issues which affect the Safety and Efficacy of Herbs and Herbal Extracts" which Natura rewarded with a trip to Australia to visit MediHerb. Shortly after her return from Australia, Michelle joined Natura's Self Med division in the Marketing Department. She takes a keen interest in research and development of new products and has also completed an IMM diploma in marketing management. |

| After completing her M.Sc Pharmaceutics degree in the formulation of cosmetic products at the North West University in Potchefstroom, Juanita commenced a Ph.D study in transdermal delivery systems and had the opportunity to work at the University of London - School of Pharmacy during the first year of her studies.
Juanita’s passion for research lead her into a role as a Research and Development Chemist in the cosmetics industry, she then broadened her expertise within the industry by shifting into the role of a Quality Assurance Specialist.
Juanita’s extensive knowledge and experience in the fields of Quality Assurance, Transfer of technology and Production, as well as her great enthusiasm for developing people makes her a valuable member of the Natura team. |
