Competition rules for Natura “Wish you were here” competition

Competition rules:

1.	To enter the Natura “Wish you were here” competition, SMS “Natura Winter” and the last 4 digits of any of the four following featured cold fighting products: Pentagen, Sinfrontal, Pharyna, Combin Assist Tissue Salt for Cough & Cold to 34700. Entry cost of the SMS is R2.00. VAS rates apply. Entrants must have sent the SMS using their cellular phone and airtime.
2.	5 lucky draws will take place through the duration of the competition, with each of the 5 winners each winning R10 000.
3.	All those who have entered the competition but have not won 1 of the 5 lucky draw prizes will go into the draw for the grand prize, a trip for 2 (two) to the Maldives valued at R40 000. The prize includes flights and 7 night’s accommodation on an all inclusive basis. The prize is redeemable between mid September 2009 - end Feb 2010, but out of peak season (1 December 2009- 1 February 2010), and is subject to availability.
4.	Winners will be contacted telephonically.
5.	The competition closes on 31 August 2009.
6.	Entrants must be 18 years or older, be South African citizens with a South African Bank account.
7.	Prize money will be paid directly into the winners’ bank accounts, in South African Rands.
8.	This competition is open to everybody in South Africa except Natura employees and their families, participating stores and their advertising agencies.
9.	Competition closes 31 August 2009 but the agencies may terminate it any time at their sole discretion and without liability.
10.	The prizes are not transferable.
11.	The judges’ decision on all matters arising out of the competition will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into
12.	Entrants determined to be entering the competition on a professional basis will be disqualified.
13.	By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by the rules.
