Competition rules for Natura is your Rescue competition

Competition rules:

1.	To claim a share of the R1 million you must find a qualifying underliner (with the wording “Congratulations you are a winner” and unique number) in the lid of your Natura Rescue pack. The total prize value to be discovered in pack is R1 000 000.00, comprising of 10 x R100 000.00 amounts.
2.	Should you find a qualifying underliner in the lid of your Natura Rescue pack call (011) 327 3070 quoting the unique number on the underliner & batch number (printed on bottom of Rescue container). Your unique number & batch number will be verified and you will be required to answer a question related to your Natura product in order to claim your prize. In exchange for your prize, you will be required to post your Natura Rescue bottle & underliner via registered mail to Natura is your Rescue, Private Bag 65, Saxonwold, 2132.
3.	If you do not find an underliner, SMS “Natura Rescue” and the last 4 digits of your Natura Rescue barcode to 34700. Entry cost of the SMS is R2.00. VAS rates apply. Entrants must have sent the SMS using their cellular phone and airtime. The total prize value of the SMS lucky draw is R50 000 comprising of 5 x R10 000.00.
4.	Entrants must be 18 years or older, be South African citizens with a South African Bank account.
5.	Prize money will be paid directly into the winners’ bank accounts, in South African Rands.
6.	This competition is open to everybody in South Africa except Natura employees and their families, participating stores and their advertising agencies.
7.	Competition closes 16 June 2009 but the agencies may terminate it any time at their sole discretion and without liability.
8.	The prizes are not transferable.
9.	The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.	The judges’ decision on all matters arising out of the competition will be final and binding.
11.	Entrants determined to be entering the competition on a professional basis will be disqualified, as will entrants where there is any dispute over the unique number on the underliner.
12.	By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by the rules.
